How To Return An Item
We, here at SnackoStuff.com feel that you should be 100% satisfied, but request that you follow a few simple rules for both of our benefit.
- Please call 888-SNACKO-5 to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
- Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Contact us at email@example.com to determine the return location.
- Include in your package the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been made to order, worn, used, customized or does not meet the rules above will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless of course there is a manufacturing defect. Most items are made to order so please inquire whether the item you are ordering meets the return exceptions.
There is no required restocking fee for items purchased on the website; however you are responsible for return shipping.
Images: If your item requires artwork we will send you the final image for your approval via email. Once we receive approval and begin manufacturing refunds will not be allowed.
Text: If text has been provided by the customer then we will require that text to be sent to us via email or fax, we do not allow spelling over the phone. This document will be used to reference the correct spelling and if there is a misspelling on your order we will reference this document to determine if there was a manufacturing spelling error. If it is determined that there is no manufacturing mistake a refund will not be allowed. If there is a manufacturing mistake we will remake the item with the correct text and ship as a high priority item at no charge.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being manufactured.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item on backorder becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
